For three years, Ernesto Cortinas was an analyst and subject matter expert at Nielsen. He created he several daily reporting tools and was a critical part of the team that  transitioned the Scarborough survey from a telnet style CATI to a modern platform with a Windows based interviewer platform. 

Eventually, Ernesto left Nielsen to explore the creation of process of the media formats whose data he previously researched. Getting involved with IASTE and he saw behind the scenes at varying productions including media, conventions, meetings, concerts, and theatre. Ernesto learned best practices that should be followed from the smalllest to the most complex scenarios. He watched the changes in the industry that resulted from the covid-19 pandemic and realized hybrid events and live content creation is the future. He started Hybrid Event Radio to share best practices and teach the ways to overcome challenges associated with A/V production, content creation, and hybrid event broadcasting.

Ernesto's approach to content creation is to make content so interactive that they literally spend more time watching you than they do with their grandma! Long walks on the beach aren't his thing, but watch out for that power fist bump.
